We are seeking a People Operations Leader who will oversee the entire HR and People function, reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer strategic guidance and support to designated executives and their teams on all human resources-related matters.
  • Evaluate current talent acquisition and development strategies to formulate and implement a cohesive approach for attracting and nurturing talent that aligns with company culture and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute people and talent strategies focused on organizational development, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Supervise the design and delivery of essential HR processes, including organizational structure, workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Act as the primary contact for employee relations issues, partnering with leaders to address and resolve concerns effectively.
  • Oversee performance management, headcount, and salary processes, including bi-annual talent reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • 4-8 years of professional experience in human resources.
  • PHR or SPHR certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in technology or SaaS industries is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse staff levels.
  • Proven ability to influence and challenge executive leaders on cultural and developmental matters.
  • Expertise in HR best practices with a track record of implementing sustainable people and talent strategies.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities.
