Role Summary:

We are in search of a dynamic and strategic People Operations Manager to lead all aspects of human resources and ensure alignment with our organizational objectives. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in HR management and excel in areas such as employee relations, talent acquisition, performance enhancement, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Management: Supervise HR administrative functions, including payroll processing, benefits management, and employee record maintenance. Leverage HRIS for effective employee data management, reporting, and ongoing process improvement.

Employee Relations: Serve as a primary resource for employee inquiries, mediate conflicts, and foster a supportive workplace culture. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement strategies to boost morale while advising management on employee relations and performance issues.

Performance Enhancement: Design and manage performance evaluation systems to encourage excellence. Collaborate with leaders to establish performance objectives and conduct assessments, while also facilitating training and development initiatives to promote employee advancement.

Compliance and Policy Oversight: Ensure that HR policies and practices adhere to legal requirements and industry standards. Stay informed about employment legislation and develop HR policies that reflect the company’s goals and values.

Culture and Engagement: Champion initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee engagement. Organize team-building events and recognition programs to celebrate achievements.

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment efforts by posting job vacancies, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews. Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications:

You will excel in this position if you:

  • Have over 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment where you have engaged in various aspects of HR, including employee relations, benefits, payroll, performance evaluations, and employee engagement.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of labor regulations and best practices, while also being open to innovative approaches.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, serving as a natural mentor for both leadership and team members, with a talent for building strong relationships.
  • Thrive in uncertain environments and adapt quickly to the changing demands of a growing organization.
  • Act as an advocate for your team, confidently addressing their needs with professionalism and tact.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite, utilizing these tools to analyze data and streamline processes.
