  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Accounting Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CPA certification is a plus.
