Job Summary

The Director of Human Resources will play a critical role in driving business success by developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's goals. This individual will be responsible for leading the HR function, providing guidance and support to employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
    • Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to inform HR initiatives
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational change initiatives
  • Talent Acquisition and Management
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Manage the hiring process, including interviewing and selecting candidates
    • Develop and implement employee onboarding programs
  • Employee Engagement and Development
    • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity
    • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees
    • Conduct regular employee feedback and pulse surveys
  • HR Operations and Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Manage HR systems and processes, including payroll, benefits, and performance management
    • Develop and implement HR metrics and reporting
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Director of Human Resources will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
