We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to drive growth and expand our market presence at K&I Healthcare Services LLC. Key Responsibilities- Champion K&I's mission by partnering with our family of local programs in Mental health and Substance Abuse treatment to reinforce their value proposition throughout the assigned region and community
- Build and maintain a working knowledge of K&I's programs and services to support effective communication with current and potential referral partners
- Travel throughout the territory and visit existing partners regularly to generate field-based activity to drive growth
- Liaise with referral partners and answer all questions and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
- Partner with regional leaders to execute integrated marketing and outreach campaigns that achieve company targets for new patient intakes, census, and satisfaction
- Participate in industry meetings, business events, etc.
- Monitor the organization's industry competitors, new programs, and market conditions
- Execute creative, segment- and region-specific multi-channel outreach strategies to increase organizational awareness in the assigned region, including cultivating new leads
- Implement outreach strategies to support new clinic openings, including pre-opening, market, and relationship development activities
- Drive qualified demand and meet individual growth targets through community partner referral channels
- Maintain records of all current and potential referral partners and prepare and submit sales reports regularly to management
- Develop and manage systems, particularly the referral development program, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Medical Director
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- Four-year degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in mental health and substance use treatment marketing field
- Previous outside sales or marketing experience in addiction treatment and/or mental health (required)
- Clinical experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment
- Multi-Site Healthcare Experience
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Google Suite
- Tech-savvy with the ability to update and monitor websites, manage social media accounts
- Ability to do videography for content creation
- Desire and passion to benefit and serve the mental health and addiction community
- 5+ years of experience in data-driven outreach/growth positions
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written, verbal, and electronic communication that is professional in both content and delivery
- Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving expertise
- Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with various stakeholder groups
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and project management tools
- Willingness to adapt to changing needs and make adjustments as necessary
Full-time position with a competitive salary of $115,000.00 per year. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. Schedule includes an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed. Up to 75% travel required.
