Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and upselling and cross-selling existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer service initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and customer engagement.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, with a focus on sales and account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
