Position: Field Service Technician - Planned Maintenance

Position Summary:

We are looking for technicians to execute planned maintenance and safety assessments on forklifts and rental equipment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance services on various types of forklifts, including gas, LPG, diesel, and electric models.
  • Conduct safety inspections on all forklift types.
  • Execute minor adjustments and repairs on equipment.
  • Follow the assigned preventive maintenance schedule consistently.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding any issues discovered during maintenance.
  • Complete all work orders electronically using a tablet.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols while performing tasks.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma, G.E.D., or completion of a technical program is preferred.
  • Six to twelve months of mechanical experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A strong mechanical aptitude is essential.
  • Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull loads up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have personal hand tools.
  • Proficient in communication and documentation.
  • Must be able to pass a physical examination, drug screening, and background check.
