Key Responsibilities:

Safety Commitment. Uphold safety standards consistently throughout operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The primary focus of this role is the assembly, disassembly, overhaul, and repair of crushing and processing machinery. Welding experience is advantageous.

Equipment Inspection. Conduct daily evaluations and maintenance of plant machinery to guarantee safe, efficient, and compliant operations, aiming to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

Process Monitoring. Oversee various stages of aggregate crushing, washing, and screening to identify issues and ensure adherence to safety and material standards.

Documentation. Maintain accurate service and lubrication records for plant equipment to ensure timely preventative maintenance.

General Physical Tasks. Engage in various physical activities that support plant operations, including cleaning and handling materials.

Additional Duties. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

Experience. Previous work in the aggregate or construction sector is preferred.

Knowledge of Industry Standards. Familiarity with best practices in industrial crusher maintenance and aggregate production is preferred.

Adaptability. Willingness to work extended hours and in various weather conditions while managing exposure to noise.

Mechanical Proficiency. Basic understanding of industrial tools and their maintenance is required.
