Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a maintenance technician, particularly in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Physical Demands: Physical stamina and dexterity for handling heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
