Job Description

Data Center Construction Lead Project Manager (Portland, OR)

GPAC is seeking a highly skilled Data Center Construction Lead Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial construction team, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Manage and coordinate with various agencies for reporting and compliance with project documents and specifications
  • Monitor cost control and job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting, and productivity
  • Responsible for quality control and safety of project
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in Data Center projects
  • Ability to track subcontractors' progress, maintain project schedules, and coordinate with various agencies
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite programs
  • Knowledge of accounting and cost control procedures
  • Data Center and MEP experience is a plus
