Job Title: Lead Project Manager

GPAC is seeking a highly skilled Lead Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial construction team, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion
  • Manage project schedules, track progress, and coordinate with various agencies
  • Ensure quality control and safety on projects, with a focus on self-motivation and minimal micromanagement
  • Monitor cost control, job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting, and productivity
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in commercial construction as a Project Manager or Lead Project Manager
  • Proven track record of leading successful projects from start to finish
  • Strong project management and estimating skills, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
