Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead MEP projects, overseeing teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, agencies, and clients to maintain project schedules and ensure compliance with project documents and specifications.
  • Monitor cost control, job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting, and productivity to ensure project success.
  • Responsible for quality control and safety of projects, promoting a culture of self-motivation and minimal micromanagement.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in commercial construction as an acting MEP Superintendent or Lead MEP Superintendent.
  • Confidence in leading teams and projects from start to finish, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to track subcontractors' progress, maintain project schedules, and coordinate with various agencies for reporting and compliance.
  • Knowledge of safety practices and procedures, with a focus on quality control and project safety.
  • MEP experience is essential, with a strong understanding of commercial construction principles and practices.
