Key Responsibilities:- Lead MEP projects, overseeing teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, agencies, and clients to maintain project schedules and ensure compliance with project documents and specifications.
- Monitor cost control, job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting, and productivity to ensure project success.
- Responsible for quality control and safety of projects, promoting a culture of self-motivation and minimal micromanagement.
- 9+ years of experience in commercial construction as an acting MEP Superintendent or Lead MEP Superintendent.
- Confidence in leading teams and projects from start to finish, with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to track subcontractors' progress, maintain project schedules, and coordinate with various agencies for reporting and compliance.
- Knowledge of safety practices and procedures, with a focus on quality control and project safety.
- MEP experience is essential, with a strong understanding of commercial construction principles and practices.
