Data Analytics Manager

BICP, a leader in delivering innovative cloud ecosystems and advanced analytics data products for large enterprise customers, is seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to join their Data Products Delivery team.
This role will involve working with leadership to support a high-visibility, greenfield data foundation implementation, working with critical business data and delivering end-to-end data analytics products.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, as well as proven success collaborating effectively with key business stakeholders and highly technical development teams.
Key responsibilities will include collaborating on the development and execution of reporting and analytics products, translating sophisticated business problem statements into analysis requirements, and documenting systems/analytics solutions to the business.
The Data Analytics Manager will also be responsible for independently supporting end-to-end analysis to inform product strategy, data architecture, and reporting decisions, and driving the solving of sophisticated data problems using analytical and statistical rigor.
Additionally, the candidate will develop SQL queries and data visualizations to fulfill ad-hoc analysis requests and ongoing reporting needs, and thoroughly document business requirements, data architecture solutions, business processes, and training material for business and technical audiences.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training, and 4+ years of relevant work experience in omnichannel/digital commerce, reporting and analytics, or supply chain.
Experience working directly with business partners to form a deep understanding of their business needs and partnering cross-functionally to develop solutions for broad use is also required.
The Data Analytics Manager will be responsible for communicating analysis results and subsequent impact to technical/non-technical audiences in both verbal and written form, and will have prior data visualization experience in tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Python/R libraries, or similar tools.
Strong proficiency in SQL or similar programs, proficiency with cloud environments such as Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS, and a working understanding of Agile methodologies and principles are also required.
