Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Co., Inc. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Process customer orders, changes, and returns in a efficient and effective manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations.
  • Work closely with the Operations Supervisor and Sales Representatives to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Review and maintain customer database to track information on account details, statuses, orders, and lead times.
  • Provide timely feedback regarding service failures or customer concerns.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience in the manufacturing or construction industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management ability.
  • Ability to handle adversity and conflict with successful outcomes.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in computer data entry and Microsoft Office.
