Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer service team as a Call Center Supervisor. Your key responsibilities will include mentoring and guiding your team members to deliver exceptional customer support services, evaluating staff performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating with other departments to set goals and targets, motivating the team to achieve these targets, and resolving staff queries regarding company policies and sales issues.

Key requirements for this role include a bachelor's degree in management or a relevant field, experience in customer service or sales, and proven experience as a Call Center Supervisor. Proficiency in MS Office and sales procedures is also essential.

As a Call Center Supervisor, you will play a critical role in upholding the standard of services and providing suggestions to the upper management to improve the quality of services and productivity.

Responsibilities
