Job Title: Power Supply Engineer

NEXHR is seeking an experienced Power Supply Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Central Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the uninterrupted power supply of our site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and operate the 161kV, 13.8kV, 5kV, and 480V network, including switch gears, transformers, capacitor banks, and other equipment.
  • Conduct and coordinate trouble shooting activities of Power Supply Equipment malfunctions.
  • Lead and oversee all Preventative Maintenance (ITPM) programs and tasks for Power Supply equipment.
  • Prepare Switching orders for temporary changes for "maintenance" and restoring back to "Normal" Operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Electrical Engineering is preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in Power utility companies or industries with high energy demand like Pulp & Paper, Refineries, Chemical, or Power plants.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform and succeed in an environment of schedule and cost pressure.
  • Capability to professionally deal with changing priorities and requirements.
