Key Responsibilities:


The Engineering Project Manager will:

  • Provide leadership and technical guidance to a team of EI&C engineers.
  • Manage project engineering and project management services related to capital investment projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Lead and manage projects with a strong focus on EI&C components.
  • Travel as required based on project assignments.

Essential Duties:


The successful candidate will:

  • Oversee the development of project scope and execution strategies.
  • Conduct safety, quality, and regulatory reviews as necessary.
  • Support the creation of project cost estimates and manage budgets effectively.
  • Coordinate with third-party contractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress and compile comprehensive reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout project execution.
  • Compile and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications:


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in chemical or electrical engineering.
  • 8-13 years of relevant experience in project management and engineering.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in an engineering context.
  • Knowledge of project management activities specific to EI&C scope.
  • Experience in power distribution, instrumentation, and control systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
