Job Overview

DSJ Global is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to lead our team in ensuring the reliability and availability of our plant assets and structures. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, providing technical oversight, and driving strategic maintenance planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize asset performance and reduce downtime
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance projects
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and internal teams
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure maintenance effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance maintenance efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with a focus on reliability and asset optimization
  • Proven track record of improving maintenance efficiency and reducing downtime
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with IPS management systems and Six Sigma methodology
