At Capitol Lakes, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Part-Time Payroll Assistant to join our accounting and human resources team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll completion for all employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Bi-weekly payroll processing, including verification of hours, missed punches, and PTO calculations.
  • Payment processing for incentives and off-schedule manual checks.
  • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date payroll transaction records and reports.
  • Support for department leadership in managing attendance records and payroll system use.
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly MS Excel.
  • Prior experience with ADP is advantageous.
