We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Assistant to join our team at IRWIN A AND ROBERT D GOODMAN COMMUNITY CENTER. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional HR support services.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including recruitment, benefits administration, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Maintain Recruitment dashboard and coordinate all recruitment efforts, including job boards and sourcing candidates.">
  • Support the administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices.">
  • Assist with payroll functions and process employment status changes.">
  • Screen and route telephone calls and answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees.">
  • Coordinate paperwork and processes applicable to Paylocity submissions related to benefits and address updates.">
  • Ensure candidates have completed all pre-employment requirements prior to onboarding.">
  • Continuously explore new ways to post positions and maintain position job descriptions.">
  • Lead timely completion of employee benefits enrollment and terminations.">
  • Maintain and distribute all benefits documents provided by GCC Broker.">
  • Collaborate administer Disability and FMLA benefits.">
  • Ensure timely and accurate COBRA administration.">
  • Develop and maintain methods to house employee benefit records for tracking and reporting.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 2+ year(s) of experience working in a Human Resources capacity required.">
  • Associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field required (Bachelor's preferred).">
  • Pass Background Check.">
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and electronic job boards.">
  • Excellent written and verbal comprehension and communication.">
  • Experience in and/or knowledge of benefits administration and compliance required.">

Salary Information:

">

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
