Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Equipment Parts Coordinator to join our team at Dawes Rigging & Crane Rental, Inc. in Madison, WI. This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the parts area, preparing records, and issuing materials to customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the parts area, ensuring it remains organized and clean.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Issue materials and supplies to customers and coworkers based on work orders and requisitions.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors via phone, email, or web portals to place orders.
  • Count and record stock items, either manually or using a computer.
  • Pack and unpack items for storage in stockrooms or yards.
  • Compare inventory computations to physical counts, investigating discrepancies and resolving issues.
  • Store items in a neat and accessible manner in stockrooms or other areas.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including processing work orders and documents.
  • Foster positive working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and customers.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations.
