Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering physical therapy services to patients, evaluating their mobility, coordination, strength, and current level of function. They will also be required to maintain accurate records and documentation of client performance, modifying goals and treatment as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Administer, evaluate, and interpret tests and measurements to determine functional goals and outcomes.
- Document client performance, modifying goals and treatment as needed.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university/program.
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with policies and procedures.
$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
