We're unique in our ability to deliver high-quality, responsive services across the entire asset lifecycle, from rapid assessments to advisory, implementation, and verification services nationwide. Unlike other environmental consulting firms, we provide the full suite of commercial real estate and asset management services through to improvement and verification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct intensive archival, technical research, and field survey to develop well-supported determinations of eligibility and assessments of effect.
  • Prepare Section 106 and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) reports.
  • Manage electronic deliverables on multiple ongoing projects, complete assignments on-time and within budget.
  • Travel on short notice (one week or less) to conduct field surveys and assessments.

Requirements

  • Master's of Arts in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, Art History, History, or other directly related field.
  • Less than two years of related non-academic work experience.
  • Meet the Secretary of the Interior's Professional Qualifications Standards for Architectural Historian.

The reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position may also be eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance.
