Program Supervisor, Family Preservation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Supervisor to join our Family Preservation team at Wayfinder Family Services. As a Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of our Family Preservation Program, which provides intensive, in-home support to at-risk families in Los Angeles County.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Family Preservation Program Director to develop and implement program policies and procedures.
- Supervise a team of In-Home Outreach Counselors and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to ensure the success of the program.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and make data-driven decisions to improve program effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and agency standards.
- Masters degree in social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Licensure in a mental health discipline, such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social services or child welfare, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience in family preservation or related programs is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
