- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and secure private events.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through event execution.
- Event Coordination: Work closely with clients and internal teams to plan and execute events.
- Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to drive event sales.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Historical Preservation: Ensure all events align with the venue's mission to preserve its historical integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event sales and management, preferably in a historic or unique venue.
- Proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in a professional manner.
