Job Overview
SNI Companies is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant to enhance our professional team.
This position is based onsite and requires full-time commitment during standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, review, and organize legal documents and evidence for attorney evaluation and case preparation.
  • Compose and edit legal correspondence and documents, including pleadings and contracts, with proficiency in drafting and proofreading.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management and travel coordination.
  • Conduct research on laws, regulations, and legal articles to assist in the development of reports and case files.
  • Engage with clients and witnesses to arrange meetings, interviews, and depositions.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems for legal documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring messages are recorded and relayed appropriately.
  • Request and manage medical records, ensuring proper labeling and filing.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a legal environment.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, particularly in scheduling.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage substantial workloads, and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish or Creole, is essential.
