Position Title: Surface Cleaning Specialist

Role Summary:
The Surface Cleaning Specialist is responsible for utilizing high-pressure washing technology to effectively cleanse extensive areas, adhering to safety protocols and organizational standards. This position necessitates autonomous work and travel to various locations.

Primary Duties:

  • Utilize pressure washing machinery to clean surfaces including structures, walkways, and automobiles.
  • Examine surfaces for areas requiring special attention.
  • Prepare and calibrate equipment for optimal cleaning performance.
  • Apply cleaning agents and manually eliminate debris prior to washing.
  • Maintain machinery, diagnose issues, and report any malfunctions.
  • Complete required documentation and deliver customer service.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and environmentally sustainable practices.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in pressure washing or related fields is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of pressure washing equipment and safety protocols.
  • Physical endurance for outdoor tasks and lifting heavy machinery.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication abilities.
  • Capability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Proficiency in English/Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs, perform repetitive tasks, and work at various heights.
  • Operation and management of necessary equipment.
