Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring coordination and integration of services among various programs and collaborating agencies.
  • Manage delivery and coordination of human services to special needs populations, including case management experience serving the homeless.
  • Plan, direct, and implement program services, supervising all staff members.
  • Collect and analyze program-related data to evaluate services and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in human services delivery and coordination, including case management experience serving the homeless.
