Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance and service on injection molding equipment to ensure peak performance.
- Install machinery and optional project equipment at various locations.
- Provide customer training on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Manage service calls from a remote office, offering troubleshooting and support.
- Travel extensively (approximately 80% of the time) within the Midwest region, with full reimbursement for travel expenses.
- Participate in specialized training courses led by experienced engineers.
- Utilize company-provided uniforms, laptops, and essential tools; hand tools available as needed.
- Work with electronic controller circuits, including troubleshooting DC voltage circuit boards.
- Handle AC high voltage tasks, such as motor starter circuits and heater circuits.
- Configure and upload software on PLCs and operation panels to ensure proper machine functionality.
- Assemble, repair, and maintain mechanical components of machinery, including hydraulic systems and servo controls.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree in technical science or equivalent experience in injection molding machinery.
- Proficient in using digital multimeters and hand tools.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in injection molding maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs and light rigging experience.
- Ability to work with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Flexible schedule, with availability to work some weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and training.
