About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our team in the Buildings and Infrastructure group. As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing power distribution, lighting controls, and grounding systems for buildings and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design power distribution, lighting controls, and grounding systems for buildings and infrastructure projects
  • Conduct short circuit, overcurrent coordination, load, and arc flash studies
  • Perform lighting photometric calculations
  • Assign circuitry for power and lighting devices
  • Prepare technical reports
  • Work on projects using Revit MEP
  • Contribute to the development of reports and electrical calculations
  • Collaborate with other disciplines and vendors to gain knowledge on new subjects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or similar degree
  • Demonstrated interest in the electrical engineering industry with an emphasis on the power side of the discipline
  • Skills in planning and organizing
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas in an accessible way
  • Attitude of taking independent initiative and creative problem-solving
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and balance assigned work
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Presentation skills with colleagues and clients
