Our team, Team Thiel, is seeking a motivated and experienced real estate agent to join our team in the DC-MD-VA area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home.
- Utilize local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to provide the best possible service to clients.
Requirements:
- VA, DC, or MD real estate license or be in the process of getting licensed in one of those states.
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
- Past sales experience is preferred.
- Organized and manages time effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently.
Compensation:
$300,000+ yearly.
