Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Print Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing fleets of business document output devices at our customer locations.

Responsibilities:

* Manage inventory and device service to maximize uptime, utilization, and user satisfaction while minimizing costs
* Assist site team members in developing, implementing, and managing ongoing site operations
* Utilize TRAC, FMAudit, Oracle, and various PS tools to optimize device performance

Requirements:

* 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience required
* Prior experience managing large-scale fleet implementations a plus
* Basic knowledge of printers, multi-function printers, and multi-function devices required
* Minimum of 2 years project/program management experience and a track record of success in customer service

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Strong customer service skills
* Strong communication and presentation skills

* Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be on their feet for a long period of time
