Job Overview:

  • The Service Account Representative is tasked with delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients by leveraging comprehensive knowledge of company offerings and procedures, while ensuring effective communication with team members in the service department.
  • Engages with store managers, maintenance staff, and other customer representatives as required.
  • Ensures that rules of engagement (ROE) are clearly understood, communicated, and adhered to by the fulfillment team, including area service managers, project administrators, and technicians.
  • Implements customer-specific ROE for processing work orders and updating online systems based on parameters provided by service managers and relationship holders.
  • Prepares service repair quotes in accordance with customer-specific ROE.
  • Collaborates with service managers and key stakeholders to review and approve service work orders.
  • Coordinates and communicates fulfillment activities with area service managers, technicians, strategic account managers, service sales account managers, and project administrators.
  • Maintains customer records using Hussmann and automated systems tailored to customer needs.
  • Provides estimated times of arrival, fulfillment updates, and problem resolution to team members and customers as necessary.
  • Monitors customer account details for nonpayment and assists the corporate credit department in resolving disputed or rejected invoices and overdue receivables.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
