Emergency Department Training Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Emergency Department Internship Coordinator to join our team at the University of Kentucky. This is a 6-month intensive on-the-job training program designed to provide hands-on experience in acute, progressive, and high-acuity care across the emergency department.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for new staff members
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

The ideal candidate will have previous RN experience with less than 1 year of critical care experience. Salary is estimated to be around $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
