About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for directing incoming calls, monitoring alarms and emergency telephones, and processing work orders in a timely manner. Additionally, they will provide information to walk-up visitors and patients in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities- Direct incoming calls from the switchboard and patient information lines in a courteous and professional manner.
- Monitor alarms and emergency telephones in the switchboard and communicate necessary information quickly.
- Process work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information to walk-up visitors and patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- One year of customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using common computer applications.
