- Mentor and guide nursing staff to optimize workflow and productivity
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive clinical excellence
- Patient Care:
- Deliver high-quality patient care through comprehensive assessments, treatments, and education
- Facilitate admission, transfer, and discharge processes to ensure smooth transitions
- Quality Improvement:
- Analyze patient outcomes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or currently pursuing BSN degree (completion within 5 years)
- Active Kentucky RN license and current certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc.)
- Minimum one year of Registered Nurse experience in Emergency Department setting
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
