Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision:
  • Oversee the efficient functioning of the Emergency Department, ensuring seamless patient care delivery
  • Mentor and guide nursing staff to optimize workflow and productivity
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive clinical excellence
  • Patient Care:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care through comprehensive assessments, treatments, and education
  • Facilitate admission, transfer, and discharge processes to ensure smooth transitions
  • Quality Improvement:
  • Analyze patient outcomes and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and experience
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or currently pursuing BSN degree (completion within 5 years)
  • Active Kentucky RN license and current certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc.)
  • Minimum one year of Registered Nurse experience in Emergency Department setting
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
