Business Continuity Analyst

Join Bayside Solutions, Inc. as a Business Continuity Analyst and contribute to the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business continuity plans, including business impact analyses and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the continuity of business operations.
  • Design and implement disaster recovery strategies, including data backup and recovery processes.
  • Conduct tabletop exercises and risk assessments to ensure the effectiveness of business continuity plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and certifications, such as CBCI, CBCP, and CBCA.

Requirements:

  • Experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred certifications: CBCI, CBCP, and CBCA.
