Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction within a designated territory. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
Identify and prioritize potential customers, industries, and market segments to pursue for business development
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication, site visits, and exceptional customer service
Utilize SalesForce CRM system to track performance and manage customers collaboratively
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the territory
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
