Position Summary:
As an Imaging Production Specialist, you will play a vital role in the imaging department, engaging in manual operations related to setup, exposure, and touch-up processes. Your primary responsibility will be to print external images of circuit boards utilizing state-of-the-art laser direct imaging techniques.

Work Schedule:
The work schedule is structured as follows:

  • 5-day work schedule (Monday - Friday) from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
  • 4-day work schedule (Monday - Thursday) from 6:30 PM to 4:00 PM (with potential work on Fridays based on operational needs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate laser direct imaging (LDI) equipment.
  • Manage the setup and operation of the HMS developer while conducting inspection checks.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Understand and apply the photo print process effectively.
  • Monitor product quality and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Interpret blueprints, artwork, and panel identification.
  • Train new personnel on machine operations and inspection methodologies.
  • Engage in cross-training across various operations within the department.
  • Participate in meetings and maintain open communication with management regarding safety and operational issues.
  • Report all incidents and safety concerns, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic proficiency in English and mathematics, with the ability to understand blueprints and procedures.
  • Strong visual acuity, including color discrimination and depth perception.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and perform routine tasks.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various roles within the imaging department as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and handle chemical materials safely.
  • Compliance with ITAR regulations, requiring U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.
  • Regular attendance is crucial for this position.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
