Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple inquiries and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
