Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client needs, and promote suitable insurance products and services.
  • Manage incoming leads and engage with walk-in clients.
  • Network effectively within the community to promote insurance and financial service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to daily success.
  • Conduct appointments for insurance and financial products.
  • Assist with customer service and phone inquiries, including requesting referrals and discussing additional products.
Office Hours

Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
*** Flexibility available if 40 hours are completed.

What We Offer
  • Base salary of $30,000 plus monthly commissions and a $150 monthly benefits allowance.
  • Opportunities for promotions and bonuses on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Projected total earnings of $41,409.20 upon meeting minimum monthly targets.

  • Strong customer relations skills.
  • Must obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
  • Preferred experience in sales, whether in retail, telemarketing, or similar roles.
Monthly Performance Goals
  • 20 Auto and 12 Fire Applications.
  • $100 in monthly Life Premium (3 applications).
  • $50 in monthly Health Premium (2 applications).
Daily Expectations
  • Make 75 outbound calls.
  • Provide 6 quotes daily.
  • Follow up on customer service and new account inquiries as necessary.
