Responsibilities:
  • Meet sales targets by acquiring new clients and cross-selling to existing ones
  • Identify and assess potential sales leads from various sources

  • Educate potential customers on safeguarding their families and assets

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in pursuing a sales career; prior sales experience is a plus
  • Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
  • Preference for candidates with Property and Casualty licenses (existing license is advantageous)
  • A genuine desire to assist others
  • Must be a self-motivated and confident individual capable of working independently
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively
  • Comfortable making cold calls to potential clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
