Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Professional to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. in Schaumburg, IL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promptly inform supervisors of potential problems or customer concerns.
  • Review and respond to management and client requests via various communication channels.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
  • Oversee workflow and job balance between staff, ensuring tasks are completed within account SLA requirements.
  • Communicate and train team members on changes to workflow or procedure.
Requirements
  • HS Diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-2 years of related experience in a customer service environment.
  • Good computer skills and technical knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide medical, dental, vision, 401(k) Savings Plan, discretionary profit sharing, and educational assistance benefits.
