Channel Account Manager

About the Role:

The Channel Account Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the VAR community. This individual will be responsible for building and promoting Fortinet's position as a leader in Unified Threat Management, while managing key reseller partnerships and developing alliances with key solution provider accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key Fortinet partners and end users in the region, building revenue and non-revenue business plans to drive growth.
  • Provide ongoing sales and technical training to partners, ensuring they are equipped to effectively promote and sell Fortinet's products.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive incremental sales pipeline and revenue growth, leveraging development funds to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers to drive channel growth and revenue expansion.
  • Partner with Fortinet's marketing and engineering teams to drive revenue growth and geographic channel coverage.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales and territory management, with a focus on networking or security sectors.
  • Proven track record of building business and marketing plans with partners, delivering sales trainings, and working in a fast-paced environment with revenue responsibilities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • College or University degree preferred.
