Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy and Development
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop a rich pipeline of compelling content that supports our overall go-to-market strategy and plans.
    • Craft high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including case studies, industry reports, ebooks, webinars, videos, blog posts, and more.
    • Optimize content for maximum impact, leveraging data and analytics to inform content decisions.
  • Customer Engagement and Advocacy
    • Own the pipeline of customer references and relationships, creating customer story content that supports growth marketing campaign goals.
    • Develop and publish web content via a CMS, translating complex technical topics into simple, high-impact concepts for a diverse group of industry professionals.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Creative, Communications, and Growth Marketing teams to develop content strategy, define the content roadmap, and create and execute content marketing plans.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of content marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills
    • Proven experience in successfully marketing complex, technical B2B products or services, with a demonstrated ability to create content that performs.
    • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt to brand style and tone while shaping content to align with overall marketing narrative and storytelling.
    • Ability to build thoughtful, strategic, and actionable plans to completion, even in the presence of ambiguity.
    • Master of time management, with the ability to prioritize, tune out the noise, and drive to execution with a laser focus on what matters most in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education and Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Relevant certifications, such as HubSpot or Google Analytics, a plus.
