Job Summary

The Clinical Administrator is responsible for overseeing the administrative aspects of the department, including strategic, financial, and human resources planning and execution. This role involves developing and implementing integrated essential functions, operational, financial, and administrative programs, structures, systems, policies, and programs for the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership in developing and implementing administrative programs and policies
  • Oversee financial management and budget planning
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies
  • Collaborate with department leadership to achieve strategic goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5 years of experience in healthcare administration
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
