Healthcare Administrative Leadership Professional

The Cabinet for Health and Family Services is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Specialist Senior to provide professional administrative support to the Regional Program Manager and the Human Services Program Branch Manager of the Division of Health Care, Eastern Enforcement Branch.
Key Responsibilities- Process complex federal and state survey packets for the Division of Health Care.
- Assist the Complaint Coordinator by taking referrals and allegations from the public.
- Conduct new employee orientation in the enforcement branches and ensure new hire packet is completed and submitted timely.
- Monitor the completion of staff training and ensure training certificates have been filed.
- Serve as a liaison between the agency, providers, and community to respond to questions and concerns.
- Contact potential candidates for employment, schedules interviews and provides email confirmation for appointments.
- Serve as time administrator for the branch.
- Answer incoming calls and disseminate them to appropriate staff.
- Responsible for mail handling and distributing mail for the office.
- Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
- Three years of professional, administrative, or business experience.
