Job Title:
Digital Asset Management Specialist

Job Summary:
The Minuteman Group is seeking a highly skilled Digital Asset Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and maintaining our digital asset management system (DAMS).

Responsibilities:
Configure and customize DAMS to meet institutional and stakeholder needs.
Stay up-to-date on organizational procedures/requirements and their impact on the DAMS.
Continuously monitor the health and integrity of DAMS, performing regular audits and making recommendations for improvements.
Provide responsive administrative support, including general use questions as well as help with troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues.

Requirements:
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components such as servers, databases, networks, and security protocols.
Skills in monitoring system performance, identifying issues, and troubleshooting application and infrastructure problems.
Knowledge of backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and system availability.
Understanding of databases and SQL queries for data manipulation and integration tasks.
Ability to write scripts (e.g., PowerShell/bash) or knowledge of Python for automation of administrative tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding metadata operations and taxonomy models, as well as search.
Strong background in digital asset management, including the application of metadata, taxonomy design, and metadata structure development.
Understanding of ITIL processes and Change Management.
Familiarity with emerging technologies such as GenAI.

Education & Experience:
6+ Years

of relevant work experience.

Work Authorization:
US Citizenship with Active Secret Clearance
