Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and internal stakeholders. This includes troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, providing training and documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Xerox products and services
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Xerox products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Xerox products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience with Xerox Device Manager and Configuration set functionality
