Position Overview:

As a Front Desk / Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in transforming moments into lasting memories for our guests and owners. Your dedication to personalized service will create an exceptional experience for all.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the satisfaction of Owners and Guests from their arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations while ensuring adherence to service standards with a friendly and engaging approach.
  • Manage the arrival and departure experiences for Owners, addressing requests and concerns promptly to create memorable moments.
  • Conduct home inspections to ensure that Owner residences meet quality and cleanliness standards.
  • Perform light housekeeping and maintenance tasks as necessary.
  • Fulfill responsibilities related to the Manager on Duty and Night Audit procedures.
  • Act as a proud ambassador for the property and brand, promoting our facilities and services.
  • Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Follow health and safety protocols diligently.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Prior experience in hotel or residential property settings.
  • Familiarity with hotel operating systems.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Exceptional guest service skills and refined verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliability and a high level of responsibility.
  • Focus on guest needs, maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor at all times.
Physical Requirements:

This position requires:

  • Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
  • Ability to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, and ramps.
  • Capability to move and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.

Proof of legal eligibility to work in the United States is required.
